Forces Discount: I generally do not charge for these services, if I can recover from the other side, if I cannot then I discount my usual 20% charge to 10% of recovered compensation.
If you need me to attend a hearing for an appeal or to appear at any tribunal including Courts Martial where no recovery of costs is likely then I will generally charge £175.00 for each half day (that is 10% of my daily rate).
