Forces Discount: Cupcake Flower Bouquet - £40 each Saturdays 10-1pm In this workshop you will finish 12 cupcakes piped with frosting, into different flowers. Cupcakes, frosting and box will be provided. The workshop will be in my kitchen and need a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 7 people. Something that can be done with family or friends. Once you have got the numbers then email me and we will arrange a mutual date. Make some cakes for a welcome home gift!

My small friendly business is based in Southampton and I have been making and decorating cakes for nearly 30 years. I am a fully qualified professional baker /confectioner and cake decorator. My premises are inspected regularly (grade 5). I have my food hygiene certificate and I make all the cakes and take all classes myself, from total beginners, with no experience to advance level. My workshops are delivered in an informative and relaxed atmosphere. By keeping classes to a small number this allows for a more personal tuition. I cover a wide range of skills and subjects, Royal icing, sugar paste, marzipan modelling, making sponges, pastry goods, Sugar flowers, cupcakes, bread making and some chocolate work are just a sample of the things we make together in my friendly classes. One of my most popular classes is “Bespoke” this is a one to one class on anything you wish to do covering cake decoration and bakery. The bespoke class is an ideal way, if you want help with making a particular item, perhaps for returning service personnel or a missed Anniversary or Birthday cake. It would be more appreciated if made by you! My cakes are made fresh to order and I work closely with my customers to design the cake you want and I cater for all types of budgets. I make all sorts of cakes, flavoured sponges and fruitcakes, all sizes of cupcakes, novelty cakes, slab cakes and gateaux.
