Counselling takes place in a purpose built annexe in a private and confidential setting.
Confidentiality is paramount and clients can explore their situation in a non judgemental setting in order to find coping strategies.
I have 19 years experience and have CBT - level 7 which equips me to deal with trauma.
My couple and family counselling training at Post Graduate level has assisted me to understand the wider context in relation to the family dynamics which present when a person is finding it hard to cope.
