My MMA Fitness Programme is inspired by the training methods employed by Mixed Martial Art fighters around the world. MMA Fitness has been adapted & refined to cater for general fitness training through to sports specific conditioning. The exercises taught are perfect for the professional or aspiring athlete or anybody looking to improve their fitness and learn a new skill. I am a Sports Conditioning Coach & Boxing padwork trainer with 3 decades in the martial arts world. After starting out with Judo,I then moved onto the Korean Art of Tae Kwon Do training out of the London Tae Kwon Do Centre. I also train in Muay Thai and continually look to improve with different styles. I have utilised my knowledge in martial arts & sports conditioning and incorporated a number of exercises such as striking padwork techniques, kettlebells, bodyweight training & Suspension training (TRX) to develop an effective & fun way to exercises. The training provided involves functional movement, incorporating multiple planes of motion and will assist you in reaching your fitness goals whatever they may be.
