Forces Discounts: My normal charges are £40.00 per one hour session.
For the forces my charges are £35.00 per session.
I offer Counselling and Pychotherapy which includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy ,Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness . The aim of therapy is to assess and work through problems and obstacles in an open and honest way.
Some of the problems I have helped people with are : relationship issues ,anxiety and stress, post traumatic stress and many other issues.
