Forces Discount: My usual fee is £35 per hour for adults, £30 for children and teenagers and £45 for couples. I am happy to offer a £5 per hour Forces Discount for the duration of your counselling with me.

I am a Registered, Accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) working in private practice in Exeter and Crediton. I provide a confidential, supportive service to individuals, couples, children and young people. My background is in Education both as a teacher, and supporting children at risk of exclusion, due to anxiety, loss or bereavement, additional needs or family circumstances. Typical issues I work with are: general & social anxiety, low mood & depression, relationship/family issues, anger, bereavement, divorce, parenting, transition. I worked as a Cruse Bereavement volunteer, trained to support adults and children with loss and bereavement.I am also a Licensed Thrive Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor.
