Forces Discount: £280 for first 6 sessions of therapy, after the initial assessment session.

I provide individual counselling and psychotherapy to adults. I work with the person not the symptom. Examples of problems people bring to me include grief, traumatic experiences, identity issues, depression and anxiety. I do have training and a good understanding of the relationship between physical and emotional wellbeing; trauma and dissociation. I am based in Hilton, Derby. My usual fees are £50 per session.
