Selling meat from our traditional breeds of pig (Tamworth), beef (Sussex/Hereford) and local breed lamb, reared on our conservation land at Boyton. We believe in no or minimal chemicals in our products and our butcher is on hand to help you find out how to cook some of the more economical and less well known cuts.
