SHOKK is a unique concept. We are a purpose built gym with equipment, classes and instructors all with one aim; to create an amazing, inspirational environment to encourage young people to increase their physical activity and health and fitness levels. Membership is for anyone aged 5-16 years and includes unlimited gym use and all classes. There is also a specifically designed 6 stage induction programme which ensures all our members have a bespoke training programme and can safely use all the equipment in the gym. We also cover nutrition and positive thinking! Our team is well qualified, CRB checked, friendly and supportive to the needs of young people. This means you can be sure all our members are well looked after in an encouraging and positive environment which helps them to make new friends whilst having fun. We are located in Bracknell town centre, directly above the adult Fit4Less gym with whom we work closely - we are both part of the energie Fitness Group!
