Our gym is located in the heart of Watford town centre, the site is spread over two floors and offers members access to brand new, state of the art facilities, including:

The classes that are currently available are Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Sambo Wrestling, Greco Roman Wrestling, MMA, BJJ, and kids classes. We offer classes for beginners and advanced as well as PT sessions with the coaches to help fit training around a busy schedule and tailor made to practice what you want to work on.
The whole gym is designed to maximise training and minimise injuries with the most prominent training and protective equipment. Gintas Combat offers a training routine that has been tailor made and adapted by Gintas to be suitable for a wide reaching membership.
Gintas Combat welcomes beginners looking to learn a new and exciting way to keep fit or develop martial arts skills in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.
If you have already learnt, or are currently learning, a martial art, Gintas and his trained instructors can help take your skills to a new level, either in any of the traditional martial arts we teach or Gintas' own brand of combat self defence (GCSD).
