Whether you are looking to lose weight or tone up we have 57 fitness machines, including an extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance machines, a large selection of free weights, dedicated fitness studio running a comprehensive aerobics timetable, and wet facilities. There is no joining fee and you can also benefit from a free induction and free parking in our private members car park.
