An early 16c Coaching Inn managed and run by a family. Freshly prepared and cooked local produce. Fully qualified Chef who has a passion for quality and your meal is cooked whilst you wait. Excellent Wines,Fine Ales and Spirits plus soft drinks. We pride ourselves on our fresh food and imaginative cooking. Our reputation is far reaching and we pride ourselves on our high standards. Our Bar Menu is varied to suit most preferences - try our home made Beef and Ale Pie - we have been told on many occasions, "It is the very best ever eaten." We also have a Daily Chef's Specials, which changes regularly. We hope a choice for everyone, be it a Bar snack or A la Carte We welcome Business Functions, families, children. We also welcome customers in the Bar with their dogs. Weddings, Anniversaries and Birthdays are catered for whether it is a sit down arrangement or a Buffet style. All customers are greeted with a friendly smile and are able to relax and enjoy their meals. There is a large garden with a stream running down the side, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the day. We also have a children's Play House with plenty of toys to keep them occupied. Parking is not a problem, as we have a large Car Park.
