Accompanying adults without Forces ID, and children aged 12-16, are required to pay standard entry charges.
Under 12's are admitted free.
The Yorkshire Arboretum is a glorious 120 acre garden of trees offering woodland walks, tours, family activities, a café, displays, events, lakeside trails and outdoor education.
We welcome visitors wanting nothing more than just to enjoy the serenity and beauty of this sheltered valley tucked away in the Howardian Hills, as well as those with an interest in our collection of over 6,000 trees and shrubs.
We’re open from 10am - 5pm (last admission 4pm) every day from 1st March - 30th November, with extended opening until 6pm at weekends between 1st May and 31st October.
