ID1 Verify books online video appointments for HM Land Registry identity checks: forms ID1 (individuals), ID2 (companies) and ID5. An independent SRA-regulated solicitor checks your ID by video call and completes, signs and stamps your forms the same day. ID1 Verify is not a law firm. We arrange the booking, and the solicitor carries out the verification.
It suits service personnel well. There’s no office visit, appointments run 9am to 8pm, seven days a week, and you can verify from a UK base or from overseas postings. It’s useful for buying, selling, transferring or gifting a property, probate and power of attorney.
Each ID1 verification is a fixed £79 per person, which includes the ID5 video verification. Overseas appointments are £99.
