Family Mediation Bristol provides family mediation across Bristol, from Clifton and Redland to Bishopston, Bedminster and the wider South West, at its office on Park Street. We help couples and parents who are separating or divorcing to settle disagreements about their children and their finances without a courtroom. Every case starts with a MIAM, an individual meeting that explains how mediation works and is normally required before you apply to the family court. Mediators accredited by the Family Mediation Council then guide you through child arrangements mediation, financial and property mediation, or all-issues mediation that resolves everything together. Sessions take place in person on Park Street, online across the region, and by shuttle for higher-conflict cases where separate rooms are safer.
