Extra Super Avana is usually taken about 30 minutes before sex, swallowed whole with water, and should not be used more than once in 24 hours unless a doctor advises otherwise. It can be taken with a light meal, but heavy, fatty food, alcohol, and grapefruit juice should be avoided because they can worsen side effects or interact dangerously.
