45 Albemarle Street is situated in the heart of London’s Mayfair, with excellent access to transport links. It is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from Green Park underground station, a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus underground station, and a 17-minute walk from London Charing Cross mainline station. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Should you need space outside of these hours, we’re happy to accommodate that for an additional charge, depending on availability. Here’s a bit more detail on our rooms: The Mayfair Room Seats 10-16 (up to 20 in Theatre Style). A bright, airy room with beautiful views of Albemarle Street, featuring insulated windows along one wall. Price: £90 per hour, £325 for a half-day, or £600 for a full day. We can configure this room to your preferred layout – just let us know if you'd like to make any changes (pricing may apply). The St James’s Boardroom Seats up to 10 people, with a Samsung Ultra HD TV for seamless presentations via Apple TV, screen mirroring, or HDMI. Price: £75 per hour, £275 for a half-day, or £500 for a full day. The Piccadilly Meeting Room Ideal for 4 and up to 6 people, with a round table and Samsung HD TV for presentations. Price: £60 per hour, £220 for a half-day, or £400 for a full day. Full Venue Hire (36 people) Price; £200 per hour, £700 half-day or £1250 full day *Optional - unlimited drinks package (POA) *All prices are exclusive of VAT.
