Tim Hayes hasn’t always been a personal trainer in London. More recently Tim has taken up training people using bikes. Using cycling as part of personal training is a step up from the idea of getting clients to use a stationary bike in the gym; particularly for beginners. It’s definitely not for everyone, which made me wonder why it was something that Tim had turned his hand to after having been in the industry for 15 years For many years I’ve been happily working as a personal trainer in London. I’ve built up some strong relationships with my previous clients and they often come back to me when they want to get faster and fitter on the running machine or in their local gyms. When you see someone regularly and know them fairly well, you get a feel for what they want to do and how they want to get there.
