I am a fully experienced Counsellor with around eight years experience working with various issues including anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, self harm and bereavement. I offer CBT in conjunction with Counselling which helps a person to understand any unhelpful and mainly negative thinking habits. I work in a private environment next to my home making it a safe place to explore whatever problems you may be experiencing. I work with individuals and couples. I also offer telephone or Skype sessions which can be very beneficial to people who are unable to leave home or are travelling a lot.
