In addition to being a qualified and experienced psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also Psychodynamic Therapy, I have also undertaken a special therapy for trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD) called Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) which was originally for survivors of sexual abuse and rape but which is used extensively for American Army Veterans.
I am an accredited Couples and Relationship Therapist and understand the difficulties that can be caused in a relationship by long periods of separation or work related stress.
