Confide provides affordable, high quality counselling for adults and young people (11+) with mild to moderate mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family issues, bereavement and past or present abuse. We see clients face to face at the Roy Fletcher Centre, Shrewsbury and provide a telephone service. At present we have Libor Funding to support armed forces personnel, reservists, veterans and their immediate family.
