Pickwell Manor is a collection of 8 self-catering apartments (each sleeps between 2 and 8) set within 6 acres of land, with plenty of green credentials.
Situated on the North Devon coastline, the 2 mile long, sandy Putsborough Beach is just a 5 minute drive or 20 minute stroll through the local farmland.
The Manor is owned by two families, and our first-hand knowledge of what travellers with young children need, is echoed across the property. Happy children make for happy holidays and – with everything from a woodland trail, camp fire, treasure hunt and camp-building kits to a games room, wendy house, and tennis court on site – there’s a good chance of that here. We have hideaway beds, a useful things cupboard filled with board games, toys and a baking box, there are also washing machines, Pacapod rucksacks and ride on toys to borrow. If you like to be active we have a bike and surf store onsite along with plenty of beach kit to borrow to save you taking the sand home in your car with you!
The local village of Georgeham is within 1 mile and boasts 2 fantastic pubs, a local village shop and play park.
