Social enterprise providing media training and wellbeing services to communities and organisations connecting generations together for knowledge sharing and job creation. In 2015 we have launched Humming in Harmony, a creative mindfulness service looking at connecting mental, spiritual and physical health combining mindfulness with singing in small groups and outside clinical environments with the purpose of improving communication and wellbeing.
This service has been offered at libraries, community centres and it is especially suited to young people as well as seniors with the purpose of improving communication and a sense of community. The user get training in aural awareness with focus on the power of sound to heal in addition to the use of video to capture the impact at a personal and group level.
