The GoHard Games is a same sex pairs competition made up of five individual challenges. The challenges are each designed to test your strength, metabolic condition, endurance and mental abilities. The GoHard Games is open to people of all abilities. The challenges are based on an AMRAP (as many round as possible) format - meaning you define your own pace. Hopefully the competition will push you to a new level though.
