Kings Heathrow Taxi is a single owner-operator private hire business providing fixed-price, long-distance Heathrow airport transfers in a comfortable estate car seating up to 4 passengers with room for 2 large suitcases. We are registered at 450 Bath Road, Longford, UB7 0EB, on the northern edge of the airport.
All-inclusive pricing. The fare we quote is the final fare on arrival. It includes the £7 Heathrow drop-off or pickup charge, motorway tolls (Dartford and similar), ULEZ, fuel and any traffic delay. There are no surprise extras added on the day and no card fees. The only declared exception is a 15% peak surcharge (Friday 16:00 to 19:00, Sunday evenings, and public holidays), stated at the time of booking.
Airport pickups. We track your flight and wait in the short-stay car park. You will receive your driver's number by SMS two hours before pickup. Once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, call or text and we pull into the short-stay pickup point about 5 minutes later. Free wait time is 60 minutes from actual landing.
