RoseMary Horse Ranch provides boarding services for a limited number of horses. Horses boarded here share the property with those owned by trainer Joe Sansone and receive the same level of care as his own. Both Joe and a full-time ranch hand reside on site and are present at the ranch most days, ensuring attentive supervision. Our staff knows each horse well, monitoring them throughout the day to safeguard their health and safety. They understand individual routines, such as when a horse usually lies down and what constitutes normal behavior, allowing them to quickly identify any issues that may arise. WE ARE NOT A DIRT RANCH, pastures are lush and green RoseMary Horse Ranch offers over 30 acres of land and 10 distinct pastures available for horses. Each pasture is regularly fertilized and maintained to ensure ample forage for grazing. Barring severe drought conditions, the pastures are typically lush and green for 8 to 9 months each year. The property is well-drained and, even following heavy rainfall, pastures usually dry within one or two days. Our horse boarding philosophy prioritizes creating a relaxing environment for both horses and their owners. All horses enjoy access to grazing pastures, which supports their overall temperament and rider compliance. We can accommodate the specific needs of your horse, whether he/she needs their own small pasture or turnout, or only requires pasture grazing for a few hours a day.
