Gentle yoga and chair yoga classes for women offer a calm, supportive space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Designed for women who want to feel steadier, more resilient, and more at ease in everyday life, without pressure to push, perform, or keep up. In addition to weekly yoga, sound baths are offered as a deeply restorative practice to support relaxation and overall balance. Seasonal wellness afternoons are offered to provide extended time to slow down and nourish yourself. Thoughtfully planned to support stress release and wellbeing, weaving mindful crafting, calming breath, and sound bath. All my sessions are small to allow space for guidance, gentle encouragement, and a sense of being seen and supported.
