My fees are £65 per hour and my first session will be £40 to see if this is right for you.
Those returning can sometimes feel they need support readjusting to civilian life and I can assist in that. I am a trauma counsellor and help those who have been through difficult situations either while in service or perhaps in childhood. Sometimes I help family members who are also struggling with life difficulties. I only work online so counselling can be attended from your computer to mine in a confidential supportive space. I come from a military family who were in the Navy, Army and support vets in the RAF presently. I also grew up travelling in 3 continents so understand what that can be like. I have in the past counselled those in war zones such as Sudan.
