I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor in Harborne, Birmingham and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As an Integrative Counsellor, I work with adult clients on an individual basis. I believe that an individual, tailored approach specific to the client is required in order to work through and gain a deeper understanding of the difficulties faced. As part of the therapeutic process, I hold the belief that one of the most important aspects of the work is our relationship with one another in order for a successful therapeutic outcome to be achieved. In times of emotional distress, not everyone has the support of friends or family to help them through the difficulties faced. I aim to provide a warm, neutral environment for us to explore any issues that you wish to bring to the therapeutic space, in an empathic and honest manner. I can help with many issues including: Abuse, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Low self-esteem, PTSD, Gender/Identity/Sexuality and other issues that may be experienced by the LGBT community.
