diddi dance classes are designed to help children aged ideally between 18 months and 5 years, although some children as young as 16 months have gained a lot from the classes, to help enhance their co-ordination and rhythm. We are here to nurture their natural love of movement in a structured yet relaxed 45-minute class. We also want to teach key elements to development such as learning their right and left, waiting their turn, socialising, partnering and counting as well as the main elements of dance which help co-ordination, rhythm, gross motor skills and build confidence. We use ribbons and hoops to help them get the most from each funky diddi dance track as well as other fun props which change with different dance themes such as salsa and disco so they also learn about lots of music and dance styles as well as having lots of fun!! diddi dance Wigan, Leigh & Warrington have 8 classes across the area in the following locations: - Tesco Extra, Leigh – Every Monday @ 09:45am Chapelford Village Primary School, Great Sankey - Every Monday @ 09:45am Winwick Leisure Centre, Winwick - Every Tuesday @ 10:00am Chapelford Village Primary School, Great Sankey - Every Wednesday @ 09:45am Pipsqueaks Play Centre, Orrell – Every Wednesday @ 10:00am & 11:00am Culcheth Sports Club, Culcheth - Every Friday @ 10:00am Chowbent Hall, Atherton – Every Saturday @ 09:30am Burtonwood Scout Hut, Burtonwood - Every Saturday @09:45am First class is a FREE trial, then prices range from £4 - £6.50 Discounts are applied for full term bookings.
