I have experience working with American ex war veterans with PTSD. I want to offer the same therapy to British Soldiers and military service men and women as I have seen amazing results with the American Veterans I have been working with.

Each Hypnotherapy Session is tailor-made through Skype to suit each individual's required needs. During hypnosis you are taken into a deep relaxation where direct communication with the unconscious mind is established, where our minds and bodies are able to accept new positive ideas and techniques for dissolving deep trauma or negative behaviour, therefore a sense of deep transformation is often experienced, whether it be conquering old behavioural patterns, phobias or anxieties, working on some self development issues, reducing physical pain, dissolving traumas, exploring, or simply for therapeutic relaxation.
