Based right in the heart of Guildford Town in the exclusive Harbour Spa lies a place for you to completly relax . I offer a holistic light touch therapeutic massage for complete relaxation using a blend of the highest quality warm essential oils that I mix specifically for you depending on your needs. My Full Body Maasage is 55 mins or 75 mins Your massage or treatment will take place in a warm, comfortable, room. Soft music will be played to help you relax I also use warm oils. My services Including Holistic Aromatherapy full body massage or Back, Neck and Shoulders Karma head massage these types of massages use slow flowing movements gentler than Swedish massage but offers a much more of a relaxing and a very effective de-stressing experience. This massage uses a range of essential oils this allows us to address both the physical well-being but also emotional, therefore treating the whole person. The massage is a light touch massage so is perfect for everyone even if you have an injury .You will find the experience very relaxing. A typical full body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck and shoulders & stomach. During the session I dont talk to you as I want you to really relax I will either gently move you if I need to (such as lifting your arm). Many people just close there eyes and fall asleep .
