Forces Discounts: £10 off a new EPC assessment for serving personnel, reservists, veterans and their families. Mention British Forces Discounts when you submit your request.
EPC Rating Check is a free online tool for checking the energy rating of any property in England and Wales. Enter a postcode, pick the address, and see its current EPC band and expiry date straight away, using data from the official government register.
It’s useful for service personnel buying, renting or letting a home, including when you’re posted away and letting your property out. Landlords need a valid EPC before letting.
If your certificate has expired or is missing, request a new assessment through the site. We pass your request to an accredited domestic energy assessor, who contacts you directly to arrange a visit. We may receive a referral fee.
