I offer counselling therapy sessions which help individuals overcome wide-ranging issues which are causing distress, despair and a lack of hope. We are all susceptible to being vulnerable at times in our lives and we are all capable, given a chance, of making changes which can make our lives better. My therapy sessions can offer this chance, to mark the start of helpful changes. I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist (MSc Counselling Psychology) and Member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The BACP is the largest professional body representing counselling and psychotherapy in the UK. I have an extensive professional development history in counselling and psychotherapy across the range of therapies I offer, with specialist support for alcohol issues, bereavement, anxiety, work-related stress and trauma.
