Overdale is a Centre of Excellence for Rider Biomechanics, this is how you use your body in order to influence the horse. It will improve your riding performance and the competition performance of your horse(s). It also has great knock on effects. One of my riders from RAF Brize Norton tells me that learning to use her body more correctly has also made her body stronger and her protective clothing easier/lighter to wear. She was also able to work to improve her riding whilst on tour in Afghanistan.
