Hi as a Qualified Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist , i have been in practice for over 35 years in both the NHS and private sector , My specialisms are Depression , Anxiety , Stress Disorders , expert to the Court on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) , relationship Counselling , and many Mental Health Issues in confidence . It is my opinion that seeing Mental distress as an illness is the wrong approach . we need a Model of care which supports Military personal who are distressed due to their Social life &life circumstances .
