I'm a professional accredited counsellor and psychotherapist providing a safe and confidential space for you to talk and explore your thoughts and feelings without being judged. I aim to support you in dealing with any problems or crisis that you are experiencing. I offer long and short term individual therapy using an integrative approach which allows for different therapeutic approaches to be combined in ways which suit your needs. As well as providing face-to-face therapy I also offer support online via Skype and email.
