About Avon Tyrrell Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Activity Centre is located in 65 acres of private estate in the New Forest National Park. Home to the UK Youth National Charity and once commissioned by the army in the war, the centre is now open as an outdoor activity and residential centre for groups and individuals. Offering an extensive range of outdoor adventure activities and programmes plus on site accommodation in our Grade I listed house, self-catering lodges and Camping we provide opportunities for everyone to experience, learn and develop. Join us for a day or a short New Forest break. There is so much to do both on site and off site, we guarantee you and your family or friends will have a great time with us. Our on-site bike tracks are suitable for beginners and our Pump and Gravity track is ideal for the more experience riders. Enjoy one of our Go Adventure Activities including; Climbing, Archery, High Ropes, Kayaking, Bushcraft and more... Other activities include; Fundays, Family Events, Adventure Play Area and Bouldering Wall plus more… We are a safe site and are lucky enough to have direct access from our grounds to the beautiful surroundings of one of England's oldest National Parks, the New Forest.
